Please allow 24-36 hours for a response to phone messages. Best to email us. During the months May - Oct we experience a very heavy call load that makes it almost impossible to retrive all messages please email us. You may call shop if you need us right away and we do not answer 800 number. Please email rather than leave a message on any phone for faster service.
Emails are answered in hours during normal business hours, so it's best to email us if you can't get us on the phone.
During the months of March - Oct of 2008 is excepted to be extremely busy as wel las rest of year, so if you do not reach us please try again.
All SALES ARE FINAL there are no returns on scooters go carts or ATVs due to shipping expenses. Any returns for defective parts or products must have a RMA issued within 7 days to return for credit or replacement.

Scooters cost a little more when picking up at our store than being delivered due to them being prepped ready to ride as in uncrated, tested and broken in to the point where there will no problems plus we give a labor warranty. When a scooter is delivered out of state the customer needs to do prep or pay for it to be done as in set up and starting for the first time and there is only a parts warranty.
