There is a shipping charge for all heavy large items like trunks West of Miss states like CA and NM, NV, WA and Oregon will get shipping charges.
All SALES ARE FINAL there are no returns on scooters go carts or ATVs due to shipping expenses. Any returns for defective parts or products must have a RMA issued within 7 days to return for credit or replacement.

Additional Important Shipping Information
FREE SHIPPING on all parts and Accessories orders over 99. Shipping charge can be chosen at checkout it is not automatic, if not we will add when shipped. All helmet orders ATV and Go Cart and scooters are free unless you are getting ready to ride.
When we ship, we ship to your home, business, or nearest freight terminal of your choice. Our large body scooters, as well as our 150cc to 300cc scooters, go carts and ATVs come with lift gate service included. Scootertronics uses ESTES FREIGHT for all scooter, go cart and ATV deliveries. There are extra charges of 20-99 dollars if you are more 55 miles from a major airport. We will let you know if there are charges, there seldom are any. Only rare caes as example if your mail can only be delivered to a PO box you could encure an extra charge.
All Xtreme electric gas scooters are shipped free of charge to your residence by FEDEX, DHL and UPS with a four day transit time. Xtreme handles all warranty and shipping issues.
All parts and accessories ship via the United States Postal Service plus UPS and are shipped within 24-48 hours when in stock, we will contact if your order is not in stock. All scooter accessories have their own shipping rates which are applied (you choose) at check out. Free on orders over 99 dollars. Also if you are in a remote area and US Pirority Mail can not be used due to size and weight of item there are extra charges ie: exhaust pipes shipping to ND, SD, UT, OR, WA, HI, AL and some other areas on the West coast and North West US for all products that can not ship USPS like trunks and exhaust pipes.
When ordering your scooter, parts, or accessories, your credit card is not charged until we know your item is avalible, not when you order. If your item is not in stock, your card is not charged until we know we have part. For more information on billing and back orders, please visit our About Us.
*Note: Shipping of our scooters costs $99-$129 for some points west of the Mississippi River plus New York City addresses also if you are in a remote location and not near a major metro area. These items are the only exception to our free shipping service, we will email you if these charges apply. Additional shipping charges apply to Hawaii and Alaska, please call for quote.
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska for an extra charge of $250 to $400. Please call to arrange this, it's easy to ship out to you.
Scooters are delivered ready to ride locally or delivered ready to ride anywhere in the states for an extra charge. To do this we would uncrate to complete assembly, scooter is started and tested so you would only have to fill with gas add mirrors and start ridding. Call for this service or choose at check out. Scootertronics can prep any scooter and deliver ready to ride anywhere. Please call for this service.
