High Performance Scooter Upgrade Kits New for 2008
When upgrading your GY6 scooter engine there are several different approaches that work well together and separate for a complete upgrade or slamming mod to add power and value to your scooter. For more power fuel and air (Carb, Jet, Air Filter) is needed and somewhere for it to go (Exhaust) to get power to an upgraded trans (CVT, Belt, Clutch) for a high performance upgrade. One you have done this you can start adding chrome grips with high performance throttle body, chrome LED kick start lever, performance levers, chrome vented trans cover and chrome 3 or 5 spoke rims custom stickers and paint plus more chrome.
Scootertronics has put together some of our best high performance parts for the GY6 49cc and 150cc four stroke engines. With OKO 30 and 32mm carbs with acceleration pumps which stock 150 carbs do not plus a large intake get the fuel where it should be for cruising speeds. Prodigy clutches and Dr Pulley clutches play a big role in upgrading our scooter for better take and top end in a one two punch with clutch and clutch bell combined with proper clutch springs to the type of acceleration needed. After adding a new high performance exhaust such as the GY6 V8 High Performance Exhaust you will complete an upgrade to get more air and fuel in and out of your engine for adding power to your high performance CVT, Clutch, Kelvar belt and roller weights for a top performing scooter.
